MSW Contracting, LLC recently finished installing a new tile roof underlayment in Phoenix, AZ

The exiting roof was about 25 years old and starting to leak. The original underlayment was failing and deteriorating causing multiple leaks. Our tile roofing in Phoenix crew removed the existing roof tiles and stacked them on the roof. We found rotten roof decking that we removed and replaced with new decking.

New layer of Boral Ply40 was installed along with new wood battens. All new bird stop and Dripedging was installed. Finally our tile roofers in Phoenix reinstalled the original roof tiles and secured them as needed. The new tile roof system is way better than the buildings grade materials used originally. This roof should far exceed the original.
