I have had my flat roof coated twice (every 5 years) now with MSW. I recommend MSW without reservations. They are perfectionists. They are very reasonably priced. My 2 roof coating contracts with them have included 5 year warranties. I have contacted them several times in the past to check my roof after it has rained, and have gotten very quick response time. MSW also painted the front of my house last year. Perfect!

I had MSW repair the foam portion of my roof a few years back and was so pleased with that job, I called when I needed the shingle part of my roof replaced. Robert stated a 7am start time and at the stroke of 7am they were there on the job. It was completed on time. Rather than talk about how good it looks I'll just share the pic and a video. You can see how well the front foam portion is holding up. Yes I would recommend this company.
