Our Scottsdale roofing company began the new foam roof install by removing the very old Built Up roof system on this home in Scottsdale Az. The entire roof failing. After the old roof was removed and disposed of our Scottsdale roofers started to rebuild.

The rotten wood decking was cut out and replaced. The roof deck was cleaned of dirt and debris. Our roofers in Scottsdale installed a new seamless polyurethane roofing foam system to the entire home a total of 1” of new foam. Finally our Scottsdale roof company covered all the new foam with ArmorCoat AC100 premium white Elastomeric for a cool reflective finish to the roof. I have had my flat roof coated twice (every 5 years) now with MSW. I recommend MSW without reservations. They are perfectionists. They are very reasonably priced. My 2 roof coating contracts with them have included 5 year warranties. I have contacted them several times in the past to check my roof after it has rained, and have gotten very quick response time. MSW also painted the front of my house last year. Perfect!

I had MSW repair the foam portion of my roof a few years back and was so pleased with that job, I called when I needed the shingle part of my roof replaced. Robert stated a 7am start time and at the stroke of 7am they were there on the job. It was completed on time. Rather than talk about how good it looks I'll just share the pic and a video. You can see how well the front foam portion is holding up. Yes I would recommend this company.
