MSW Contracting LLC was recently called upon for a roof leak repair in Chandler, Arizona by implementing a new tile roof underlayment installation.

The damaged roof in Chandler, AZ was original to the home built in the 1990s.  The roof had multiple areas that were leaking. Typically the builders grade underlayment last between 15-20 years. A new roof underlayment installation was in need to repair the leaking roof.

After the roof deck was sound, new 40# Underlayment was installed following new wood battens, metal flashing and vents as needed. The original roof tiles were then reinstalled and property was cleaned up.
