MSW Contracting, LLC was hired to do a residential concrete tile roof replacement in Chandler, Arizona for a new home buyer of a 1996 home after the property inspector reported that the roof had reached end life. Here we removed the existing roof tiles and stacked them on the roof so we can replace the underlayment.

Tile roof underlayment typically last about 20 years after that it should be inspected and replaced if necessary. After the tile was removed we installed new g40 underlayment all new flashings, bird stop and wood battens, followed by reinstalling the concrete roof tiles.

In addition MSW implemented a flat roof replacement over the patio cover. We removed the existing roof materials and disposed of it, installed new metal drip edge and a new peel and stick base and cap sheet roof system. After the completion of the project we cleaned up the related debris.
