The existing roof was 23 years old and had developed a few leaks that became noticeable after recent rainstorms in the valley.

Our five-star roofing company in Phoenix commenced the replacing the underlayment of the time roof by removing and stacking the existing roof tiles to make way for the new underlayment.

Our Phoenix roofers then removed and replaced the rotten wood that was damaged from the roof leaking over a period of years. Team MSW then installed Westlake Ply40 underlayment, which is far superior than the builders grade underlayment that was originally used on this property.

After all the new underlayment and battens were installed and secured our roofing team at MSW reinstalled the original roof tiles.
