MSW Contracting, LLC recently finished installing a new wall deck roof system for the client’s residential home and a walkout deck roof to cover the customer’s recent addition to their Scottsdale home that included an observation deck.

Implementing the walkout desk roof project we first installed the metal flashing around the perimeter and the seam tape to waterproof the joints. Next we added two coats of the base coating with a rubber granular embedded into the 2nd coat. Finally our professional roofers in Scottsdale, Arizona added the finish coating was in tan to blend in with the home. The conclusion of the project provided a seamless roof over the living area and walk out deck to the existing Scottsdale home.
