The customer was experiencing multiple leaks all over their flat roof. The roof was installed a few years ago and the builder did a poor job; the roll roofing was leaking at the seams. Our Scottsdale roofers removed the existing roof and disposed of it.

Next our Scottsdale Roofers installed new 3” drip edging around the perimeter of the roof. After all the prep work was done we applied the new seamless polyurethane foam roof directly to the wood decking to form a completely seamless insulated leak free roof.

The final step was the finish coat of Premium Elastomeric roof coating to protect the new foam roof from the UV rays from the sun and reflect the extreme Arizona heat in the summer keeping the building cooler.
