MSW Contracting, LLC recently finished up a roof cricket installation and foam roof repair in Phoenix AZ for a Goodwill Building.

The commercial roof on the Good Will building had a major drainage problem. Water was collecting all throughout the roof on the east side of the building. The roof was repaired prior by many different professional roofers in Phoenix Arizona but there was only one way to make the roof function properly.

Our foam roof repair company in Phoenix, AZ commenced a roof cricket installation along the entire east side, 185’ long to direct the water to the roof scupper. After the cricket was built the entire roof was cleaned and prepared for the new layers of polyurethane roofing foam. After all the new foam was installed MSW Contracting finished off the roof with two coats of ArmorCoat Ac100 premium white Elastomeric roof coating. Now all the water flows off the commercial roof on the Goodwill building like it should have from the beginning.
