MSW Contracting, LLC recently completed a new commercial foam roof installation in Phoenix Arizona.

Here we had a warehouse in Phoenix AZ owned by PBF Manufacturing. Team MSW installed a new Seamless Polyurethane foam roof and new skylights. The old roof was leaking all over for many years. Our commercial roofing contractors removed the old fiberglass skylights and replaced them with new polycarbonate which is 20 times stronger than the old fiberglass.

Next MSW Contacting prepared the roof surface for the new foam roof. Our roofers installed a new seamless polyurethane foam roof, eliminating all seams and joints where leaks start. After the new seamless roof was installed we coated the foam roof with AC100 premium white Elastomeric to protect the foam and reflect the heat for a cooler leak free building.
